Where Do We Ship?

Right now, we only ship within the United States.

Some states have their own restrictions and rules in place, which we ought to follow:

  • We cannot ship to Wisconsin, Arkansas, Alabama, Indiana, Louisiana, Vermont, or Connecticut.
  • For our customers living in Tennessee, Florida, South Dakota, and Oregon, orders are only available to customers 21 years or older. By placing an order to these states, you are confirming you meet that age requirement. 

Order Processing & Delivery

  • The orders placed typically take 3-5 business days to process.
  • The moment your order ships, you’ll receive an email with order tracking information.
  • The time of delivery depends on the location and the carrier, so while we aim for quick delivery, exact time might vary.

Shipping Rates

  • Order Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
  • If there’s a free or discounted shipping promotion running, you’ll see it applied before checkout. 

Delays & Other Issues

We’ll always do our part to ship on time, but sometimes things happen that are out of our control. This includes carrier delays, weather events, and other unforeseen circumstances. This may result in a possible delay in your deliveries.
