1. How much sugar is there in NuMood Kratom Seltzer cans?

80 MIT Kratom seltzer cans have 12 grams of sugar, and 45 MIT cans have 6 grams of sugar.

2. What sweeteners do you use?

We use a blend of cane sugar and stevia to keep them lightly sweetened. 

3. Do you lab test each Kratom Seltzer can?

Yes, our finished products are third-party lab tested for quality assurance.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through Credit Card & Debit.

5. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Once you have placed an order, it begins processing quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at support@numood.com, and we will do our best to assist. 

6. Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within the United States.

7. How long does shipping take?

We process all the orders within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, the delivery timeline would depend on the carrier and location. 

8. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. 

9. What if my order is delayed?

We are not responsible for any delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. However, if your package is lost or damaged, contact us and we will assist. 

10. Do you accept returns?

We sell consumable items, so all the sales are final, and returns are not accepted.

11. What should I do in case of an incorrect or damaged order?

If your order reaches you damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at support@numood.com with your order number, a picture of the issue, and a brief description. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund.
