Returns Policy

Most of the items in the store are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused, and unaltered condition. If the return is a result of our mistake, for instance, if you received a wrong or defective item, there are no additional charges for the return shipping.
The refunds usually take about four weeks from the time you return your package. This period comprises the time it takes for the shipment to get back to us (between five and ten consecutive business days), the time we take to process the return once it has arrived (between three and five consecutive business days), and the time that the bank takes to proceed with the refund request (between five and ten consecutive business days). In most cases, refund processes are processed faster.

Shipping

We are able to deliver to most locations across the globe. It is also important to note that there are limitations on some of the products, and they cannot be shipped internationally.
At the time of order placement, every order will be accompanied by the approximate shipping and delivery timelines depending on product availability and the chosen mode of shipment. Deliveries will be calculated on the quotes page depending on which shipping option was selected.
It is also important to understand that most shipping costs are dependent on the weight of the item being shipped. The actual weight of each item is mentioned on each detail page of the respective product or item. For shipping purposes, all weight values will be rounded up to the closest whole number in accordance with the policies of the shipping companies.
